Dan Perkins opened his construction business in 1986. He quickly became known for providing quality metal roofs that can stand up to the tough U.P. winter. In 2001, Dan was a member of a California Energy Development Grant team working to develop a roofing system using photovoltaic laminate. Since then, he has installed grid tied photovoltaic systems from Pennsylvania to California, including a number in Northern Michigan.
